At some Colleges and Universities, a minimum score can exempt you from beginner-level college courses in that subject. In any case, an SAT II test score can help a college or university get a better idea of your academic strengths.
We would like to see Hebrew language added as a core subject in middle schools and High Schools in San Diego so that students can develop a proficiency early.
